5 Chrome Apps for Thinkers

Chrome_LogoGoogle Chrome is by far my favorite browser. It is sleek, fast, and powerful. One of Chrome’s many features, the Chrome apps, make Chrome even more powerful that it would otherwise be.

Here are five apps that are specifically useful to thinkers:

1.  Quick Note

Quick Note is a great app for writing down ideas that are past the sticky pad stage and yet that are not quite developed to the word processor level. My ideas that are in their mid-developmental stages go into this app.

2. Kindle

I use the Kindle Chrome app because it lets me have my Kindle books on any computer with Chrome installed. If you want to be able to read your ebooks anywhere, this is the app.

3. Google Keep

When I am browsing the internet, ideas often pop into my mind. I use Google Keep for those ideas that are still in their infancy.

4. Wunderlist

I need to do lists. If I don’t have a list of things to do written down where I can physically see the items, I pretty much always either forget something or procrastinate way too long on the things that I need to do. Wunderlist is my go-to to do lists maker.

5. Mindmeister

Mindmeister is a really interesting app that I have only recently begun experimenting with. I use it map out characters and ideas for

stories and articles that I am working on.
